1. Scope of Private Beta Program
These Private Beta Terms ("Beta Terms") govern access to and evaluation of the AetherKube v1.0.0 Private Beta software ("Software").
AetherKube is distributed strictly as self-hosted, customer-operated software. AetherKube is not a hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform; you execute the application binaries or container workloads entirely within your own compute infrastructure.
2. Officially Released Customer Artifacts
The AetherKube v1.0.0 Private Beta currently releases and supports exclusively the following customer packages:
1. Windows Distributions
- • Installer (
.exe): Interactive installer with desktop shortcuts and uninstaller. - • Portable (
.zip): Standalone archive runnable without administrative setup.
2. Docker Distribution
- • Commercial Container Archive (
.zip): Pre-built image bundle. - • Compose Manifest (
docker-compose.commercial.yml): Local production-grade stack.
*Note: Standalone macOS and Linux desktop distributions are not released customer downloads in this Private Beta.*
3. Beta Quality & No Production Guarantee
PRE-RELEASE EVALUATION ADVISORY:
AetherKube v1.0.0 is pre-release Private Beta software. It may contain defects, unexpected behavioral edge cases, or documentation inaccuracies. Features, CLI syntax, and autonomous healing heuristics may change between updates.
Beta access does NOT guarantee production suitability. Customers are solely responsible for their Kubernetes infrastructure and must maintain regular, verified backups. Evaluation on staging or non-critical clusters is strongly recommended.
4. Admission, Revocation & License Lifecycle
Private Beta access is granted at our sole discretion following review of your registration. Participation is revocable at any time in accordance with the License Terms. Admission to the Private Beta does not confer permanent commercial entitlements.
