PRIVATE BETA LEGAL NOTICE:

This document is part of the customer-facing documentation package for the AetherKube v1.0.0 Private Beta. Certain organizational, jurisdiction, and governing entity clauses are marked with placeholders and require formal legal counsel review prior to general commercial launch.

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth rules and prohibited practices for participants in the AetherKube v1.0.0 Private Beta program. You agree to use the software, APIs, and download portals only in a lawful, ethical, and authorized manner.

2. Strictly Prohibited Activities

A. Licensing & Authentication Abuse

  • Forging, altering, or synthesizing cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 license tokens.
  • Sharing, publishing, renting, or redistributing Private Beta license keys across public internet forums or third-party entities.
  • Attempting cross-tenant activation by injecting another customer's organization ID (org_id).
  • Scraping or abusing download gateways, or replaying consumed single-use download session tokens.

B. System & Edge Infrastructure Attacks

  • Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against Cloudflare Worker control planes or event ledgers.
  • Decompiling or reverse engineering proprietary license validation mechanisms to construct key generators or cracks.
  • Re-bundling or distributing modified, tampered, or trojanized copies of AetherKube executables or container images.

C. Malicious Kubernetes Operations

  • Executing autonomous remediation actions or chaos engineering experiments against Kubernetes clusters without explicit, documented authorization from the cluster owner.
  • Using AetherKube diagnostic utilities to unlawfully exfiltrate third-party Kubernetes secrets, ServiceAccount tokens, or cloud provider credentials.

3. Enforcement & Immediate Revocation

Violations of this AUP will result in immediate administrative revocation of your organization's Private Beta license (REVOKED status), blocking of associated edge download tokens, and, in severe cases, referral to law enforcement authorities.
