1. What is AetherKube?
AetherKube is an autonomous Kubernetes operations and self-healing control plane. It enables SREs, Platform Engineers, and DevOps operators to detect cluster incidents, diagnose root causes deterministically, preview safe remediations via dry-runs, and verify cluster health recovery.
2. What is Included in v1.0.0?
Rule-based Kubernetes failure analysis that runs 100% locally with zero AI tokens required.
Dry-run diff generation, manual approval gates, and 300-second automated anti-flapping cooldowns.
Bring Your Own Key integration for deep analytical reasoning across OpenAI, Anthropic, or local Ollama.
Full local access, 1 connected cluster, and 50 diagnostic queries per month with no credit card.
3. Supported Platforms
The AetherKube v1.0.0 Private Beta is released exclusively for:
- Windows: 64-bit Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2019/2022 (Standard Setup EXE and Portable ZIP).
- Docker: Multi-container Docker Compose distribution running on any Docker-compatible host.
4. Windows Installation
Download AetherKube-Windows-v1.0.0.exe or the Portable ZIP from the Download portal. Verify the SHA-256 checksum in PowerShell:

Launch the installer. Accept the EULA terms and complete installation to your chosen folder.
Open AetherKube from the Desktop shortcut or execute aetherkube-launcher.bat. Select [1] Start Free Edition.
5. Docker Installation
Run the following commands to pull the commercial compose configuration and start AetherKube:
6. Connecting Your Kubernetes Cluster
AetherKube communicates with your cluster via standard outbound egress. No inbound ports or public endpoints are required on your cluster.
- Open the dashboard at
http://localhost:8080. - Navigate to Connect Cluster.
- Provide your standard
kubeconfigfile or ServiceAccount token. - Verify that cluster status changes to Connected and workload inventory loads.
7. Deterministic Diagnostics & AI Copilot
AetherKube prioritizes deterministic rule engines. If a pod enters CrashLoopBackOff, OOMKilled, or ImagePullBackOff, the diagnostic engine evaluates logs and exit codes locally.
No AI Key Configured? The platform automatically utilizes deterministic analysis with zero degradation. If you choose to configure a BYOK key (OpenAI, Anthropic, or local Ollama), Copilot will synthesize deeper contextual summaries.
8. Safe Remediation Workflow
Remediation follows a strict 4-step safety lifecycle:
