PRIVATE BETA LEGAL NOTICE:

This document is part of the customer-facing documentation package for the AetherKube v1.0.0 Private Beta. Certain organizational, jurisdiction, and governing entity clauses are marked with placeholders and require formal legal counsel review prior to general commercial launch.

1. Tracking Philosophy: Zero Third-Party Trackers

AetherKube adheres to a strict privacy-first operational standard:

  • Zero Third-Party Advertising Trackers: We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or commercial marketing scripts (such as Google AdSense, Meta Pixel).
  • Zero Third-Party Analytics Trackers: We do not run third-party cross-site behavioral analytics on our public website.

2. Technologies Utilized on the Public Website

Our website uses HTML5 Local Storage strictly for client-side user experience:

themePersistent localStorage

Stores your visual preference between Dark Mode and Light Mode so your chosen appearance persists across navigation.

aetherkube_beta_licenseClient-Side Cache

Temporarily holds your active Private Beta key in your browser so you do not need to re-enter your key when downloading additional release packages (Windows EXE, Portable ZIP, or Docker). Can be cleared at any time with the "Clear" button.

session_tokenEphemeral URL Parameter

Single-use, time-limited cryptographic query token used to authorize download redirects; consumed immediately upon download.

3. Customer Product Storage Notice

When operating the self-hosted customer daemon (http://localhost:8080), session tokens (JWTs) communicate strictly with your own local daemon. No application credentials, cluster tokens, or session keys are transmitted to our public website or external third parties.
